> Far Infrared Heater |
|
|
|
|
.Electromagnetic
waves are classified by wave length as below
graph, and the Far Infrared wave length is
between 5.81000
We can produce Far Infrared Rays by utilizing
ceramics. |

|
1. RADIATION |
- Radiation
is, like the solar heat, the way of
heat transmission by not conduction
or convection
but by directly transmitting heat to
the substance. The method of heat
transmission by Far
Infrared is mainly based on radiation. |
2. ABSORPTION |
- When radiant
heat produces convection, at the same
time the Infrared Ray is absorbed
by the substance into interior, and
cause the molecules of the substance
to vibrate fiercely
to raise the body temperature of the
substance. This
is the charateristic of Infrared heater
which can make the substance be heater
safely and economically
without hot air. |

|
1. High thermal efficiency
& strong physical properties. |
2. High energy saving. |
3. Reduce processing time
& improve product quality. |
4. Long duration &
easy maintenance. |
5. Offer clean and comfortable
working environment & improve productivity. |
|
|
|
1. Calculation of thermal
value - consider differences of efficiency
and drying time with other
heat sources. |
2. Type of oven - consider
the shape and quantity of product and
installed place. |
3. Specifications of heater
- select appropriate kind and capacity
of heaters. |
4. Distance and angle of
irradiation - influence drying efficiency
and time and product
quality. |
5. Deflection of internal
temperature - plan to minimize temperature
deflection between
the upper and the lower space, the right
and the left sapce of the room or furnace. |
